V8 Atlas® Bipod

The V8 is the original Atlas bipod and still the right choice for most rifles and most shooters. Built in the USA from 6061-T6 aluminum with Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodize, it introduced patented features that competitors still chase: five independent leg positions including the patented 45-degree position, preloaded pan and cant, Hold What You Move Technology, and quick-change feet. At 10.8 to 12.7 oz depending on configuration, it runs light without sacrificing the precision feedback and durability that earned Atlas its place on the SOCOM MK14 MOD 2 and an NSN.

Which V8 configuration should I buy?

If your rifle has a Picatinny rail and you want set-and-forget, the 2-screw clamp is the value pick. If you move the bipod between rifles, the ADM-170-S lever is worth the upgrade. No Clamp is for pairing with a mount you already own.

Will the V8 fit my rifle?

The V8 mounts to any Picatinny rail out of the box. M-LOK handguards need the BT70 adapter; sling-stud rifles need the BT81 Lil Brandi. See Mounting & Compatibility above.

What is a blemished bipod?

A unit with a cosmetic imperfection from manufacturing, sold at a discount with the same lifetime warranty.

What does unassembled mean?

The clamp ships uninstalled, for gunsmiths or Cerakote work. Factory assembly includes Loctite and torque to spec.

How do I know my Atlas bipod is authentic?

Buy from accu-shot.com or an authorized dealer. Counterfeits are common on marketplaces; genuine units carry engraved patent markings.
