ADM QD Bipod Mount for ARCA Swiss Rail

The ADM QD Bipod Mount for ARCA Swiss Rail, "is designed to adapt to the ARCA-Swiss rail platform and enables you to attach a B&T Atlas® Bipod to your ARCA railed forearm. This mount is only available with a standard lever. The special short throw lever design on this mount allows it to be loosened enough to slide the bipod to any position on the ARCA Rail while still retaining the mount to the rail. Designed to fit 38mm ARCA rails, but is adjustable to fit larger widths such as 40mm also." - American Defense MFG, LLC It can be attached by unlocking the QD lever and directly affixed to the desired position by pivoting or rocking the mount onto the ARCA rail ("drop free"). This is opposed to having to slide onto an ARCA rail at one end. It will bolt directly to any “NC” (No Clamp) style of Atlas® Bipods (except the 5-H which requires Extension Spigot for compatibility). Compatible Atlas® Bipod models listed below. It will also bolt directly to our BT20-B Bottom Picatinny Rail and BT56LD 1/4-20 Lever Adapter. This clamp is manufactured by American Defense MFG, LLC NOT by B&T Industries L.L.C. All warranty issues are to be processed through American Defense. Includes two (2) 10-32 x 3/8″ flathead socket cap screws.

Area 419 ARCALOCK Clamp

"Area 419 is always looking for ways to improve existing products when we are not developing new technologies. With the rapid growth in popularity of ARCA rails in precision rifle, we saw a need to improve this great dovetail technology to something that could be mechanically locked in place instead of just friction.  If you have ever tried using a Barricade stop on an existing ARCA rail, you’ve probably also seen it slide under much pressure. Introducing the ARCALOCK Dovetail Rail System." - Area 419 The ARCALOCK Clamp works on all standard ARCA/1.5" dovetail rails. It will bolt directly to any "NC" (No Clamp) style of Atlas® Bipods (except the 5-H which requires Extension Spigot for compatibility). Compatible Atlas® Bipod models listed below. It will also bolt directly to our BT20-B Bottom Picatinny Rail and BT56LD 1/4-20 Lever Adapter. The ARCALOCK Clamp features a proprietary two-stage screw design. Both the Clamp and Knob are machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum with Type III Hardcoat black anodized Clamp and Knob. The screw is turned from 303 stainless steel. This clamp is manufactured by Area 419 NOT by B&T Industries L.L.C. All warranty issues are to be processed through Area 419. NO HARDWARE INCLUDED.

Find the clamp or adapter for your rail

Match the part to the interface on your rifle. Each links to the mounting guide if you want step-by-step help.

  • ARCA Swiss: The ADM QD ARCA mount, the RRS SOAR BTC-Pro, and the Area 419 ArcaLock clamps let an Atlas slide and lock on an ARCA dovetail.
  • Picatinny: Standard Atlas clamps and the ADM-170-S quick-detach lever for tool-free mounting and removal.
  • M-LOK: The BT70 adapter mounts a standard Atlas to an M-LOK handguard.
  • Sling stud: The BT81 Lil Brandi converts a front sling stud to a Picatinny rail.
  • Accuracy International: The BT19 AI spigot and BT29 Sako TRG kit fit AI and Sako rifles.

Dual-standard clamps for shooters who run both

If you move a bipod between a Picatinny rifle and an ARCA chassis, a dual-standard clamp saves you from buying two bipods. The RRS SOAR BTC-Pro and the Area 419 ArcaLock dual clamp accept both Picatinny and ARCA, so one Atlas serves your whole safe. For pure ARCA setups, a dedicated ARCA clamp keeps the profile clean and the lockup fast.

Quick-detach options

If you mount and remove your bipod often, choose a quick-detach clamp. The ADM-170-S lever lets you attach and remove an Atlas from a Picatinny rail by hand in seconds, with no tools, and the ARCA clamps offer the same fast lock-and-release on a dovetail. Quick-detach is ideal for hunters who stow the bipod while hiking and for competitors who reconfigure between stages.

Already own a Harris or other bipod?

If you want to move a Harris-style or other competitor bipod onto an ARCA chassis, it helps to know how the interfaces differ. B&T's ARCA clamps (ADM QD ARCA, Area 419 ArcaLock, RRS SOAR BTC-Pro) are built for the Atlas cradle, so the cleanest ARCA setup is an Atlas paired with one of these clamps. If you would rather keep your current rail-clamp bipod and just add a mounting surface, the BT81 converts a sling stud to Picatinny and the BT70 puts an Atlas on M-LOK. When you are ready to upgrade, the Atlas-on-ARCA path delivers the slide-to-balance and fast lockup a sling-stud bipod cannot.

Frequently Asked Questions

What clamp do I need for an Atlas bipod on ARCA?

Use an ARCA clamp such as the ADM QD ARCA mount, the RRS SOAR BTC-Pro, or the Area 419 ArcaLock. Each replaces the standard Picatinny clamp and grips the ARCA dovetail so the Atlas slides for balance and locks down.

Can I mount an Atlas on both Picatinny and ARCA?

Yes, with a dual-standard clamp like the RRS SOAR BTC-Pro or the Area 419 ArcaLock dual clamp, which accept both interfaces. That lets one Atlas move between a Picatinny rifle and an ARCA chassis.

How do I mount an Atlas to a sling-stud rifle?

Use the BT81 Lil Brandi adapter. It attaches to the front sling stud and adds a Picatinny rail, so any Atlas clamps on with no gunsmith. It is the standard solution for hunting and bolt rifles.

What is the ADM-170-S lever?

The ADM-170-S is a quick-detach lever that locks an Atlas to a Picatinny rail and lets you mount or remove it by hand in seconds, with no tools. Atlas LW17 models ship with it; you can also add it to a clamp.

Do you have an M-LOK adapter for the Atlas?

Yes. The BT70 adapter mounts into M-LOK slots and lets a standard Atlas bipod attach to an M-LOK handguard. If you prefer, a direct-mount Atlas M-LOK bipod skips the adapter entirely.

Are these clamps and adapters made in the USA?

The B&T components (BT70, BT81, BT19, BT29, ADM-170-S) are machined in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty. Partner clamps such as the RRS SOAR and Area 419 ArcaLock are made by their respective US manufacturers.
